2026 Pricing FAQ
Why are prices increasing?
Over the past three years, we’ve kept our pricing stable while continuing to invest in the product, our infrastructure, and the level of service we provide. During that time, we’ve added a number of major improvements, including:
Project rates and budgets
This pricing update allows us to continue improving the platform, maintain high performance and reliability, and support our growing customer base.
When does the new pricing take effect?
The new pricing will take effect on July 1, 2026.
Monthly plans: The updated pricing will apply from your first billing date on or after July 1.
Annual plans: The updated pricing will apply at your next renewal date. Please note that if you add new resources to your account during your subscription year, any prorated charges will reflect the new pricing from July 1, 2026.
What will the new pricing be?
We’re applying a flat increase across all plans. Our updated pricing will be:

What are my options?
We understand that pricing changes can have an impact, so you have a few options:
Do nothing
No action is needed—your account will automatically move to the updated pricing.
Lock in the current pricing and get 2 months free
If you're currently on a monthly plan, lock in the current pricing and get 2 months free per year. Here’s our step-by-step guide on how to upgrade your plan.
Remove unused people or resources
You only pay for what you use. You can reduce your costs by archiving or deleting unused people or resources before your next billing date. Learn how to do this here.
Note for our annual subscribers: If resources are removed during the subscription period, prorated credit for those resources will be added to your account on the 1st of the following month. Any future charges will automatically be deducted from your available credit balance first.
Change your plan
If you don’t need certain features, you may be able to switch to a lower-tier plan. You can find a detailed breakdown of our plans and associated features here.
