Cancelling Your Subscription

Please note: You must be logged in as the account owner to cancel your subscription.
Open the navigation bar, click on your name in the bottom left corner, then select Billing from the drop-down menu.
Click Options, then click Cancel account and follow the instructions.
If an account is voluntarily cancelled, the account data is deleted from our database after 60 days. Requests for earlier deletion will be considered. If the account goes into involuntary suspension (eg due to non-payment), data is deleted after 6 months.
