Set up default availability

When you first create a Resource Guru account, it’s a great idea to start by setting the default availability. This is the availability that will apply to all future resources that you add, unless you edit their normal availability.
 

Create some custom fields

Whilst you’re in the Settings, why not create some custom fields so you can find the resources you need quickly using our powerful filters.
 

Make your first booking



Once you’ve added some resources, head on over to the Schedule to create your first booking. Each resource’s row is split into two sections. The top section, the Availability Bar, lets you create availability exceptions and flag overtime, whilst the bottom section is where you click to create a booking.
