To edit a person or non-human resource, click on their profile in the Resources section. You will see two tabs in the lower section of their profile: General and Normal availability.
To edit General information, click either of the two Edit options.
To edit their availability, switch to the Normal availability tab and then click Edit on the right-hand side of the window.
Please note: Once a person has activated their account, only they can edit their own name, email address, password, and photo. Please see this article on editing your own profile.
